  • Diagnosis

    Diagnosis of the online and offline ecosystem of the brand. Analysis of all PESO touchpoints:
    Paid - presence in campaigns, advertising, influencers, partnerships.
    Earned - brand presence in social networks, forums, blogs, reviews, word-of-mouth.
    Shared - content shared in social networks.
    Owned - creation and management of website, content, social networks, blogs and publications, thus establishing effective communication objectives and strategies, according to the marketing plan.

  • Strategy

    Depending on the outlined objectives, a presence strategy and action plan is designed in digital and/or traditional media, in order to maximise the brand's potential.

  • Implementation

    Design and update or implementation of the necessary tools to accomplish the strategy. This phase may include reviewing or creating the website, mobile apps, e-commerce platform, implementing onsite and offsite SEO, social channels, choice and negotiation of influencers, or any other means that the strategy contemplates.

  • Expansion

    Once the necessary tools have been implemented to operationalise the strategy, at this stage we promote the brand and its communication and business objectives. This may include campaigns (SEM, display, performance, omnichannel), CRM plans and marketing automation.

  • Optimization

    Stage of permanent monitoring of the defined KPIs, in order to ensure the achievement of the proposed results.

With a solid background in digital strategy and marketing, he has been a regular speaker at technology and digital marketing events since 2009. With international experience, Ricardo has been doing business, managing teams and projects in different countries across Europe and North America.

    Has more than 20 years of experience in the world of advertising and digital. Among other roles, he was the general manager in several agencies throughout his career. This includes roles at multinational agencies where he managed clients' accounts, established the communication strategy and coordinated campaigns for major brands of various industries.
