    Imocasais is a company of the Grupo Casais specialized in Real Estate Promotion and Management.

  • the challenge

    The challenge that was set to us was to create the name and graphic identity for a residential development at Praia dos Três Castelos, in the Algarve, which would mirror characteristics such as proximity to the beach, Mediterranean surroundings and tranquillity.

  • the story

    The result was a modular logo, formed by the elements that characterise the 5 senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch - perfectly complementing the enterprise's personality.

The concept '5 Senses Apartments - Life as It Should Be' was born from the sensory richness of the project itself, from the Mediterranean colours of the façades and plants, to the smell of aromatic plants, the warm climate and the bathing flavours and sounds of the region which together offer a very immersive expectation of all that 5 Senses Apartments has to offer - life at its best, through the five senses.

This project included the design and development of a website with immersive navigation, interactive visualization of the apartment floor plans, a brochure (with commercial purposes) stationary and outdoor.

Through this project Imocasais can provide objective and essential information for buying an apartment, but without neglecting the impact of the senses and emotional influence on the buying process.
