    The pandemic has brought unexpected challenges, impacting the park's openness and sustainability. With the lockdown, the team needed to rethink its maintenance and communication strategies for the park, looking for ways to keep its commitment alive.

    Faced with these adversities, we created a comprehensive digital strategy adapted to this new challenge, with improvements to the website, the introduction of an e-commerce system for tickets and conversion-orientated social media management during the park's reopening.

The integration of e-commerce to buy tickets online was essential to offer visitors the possibility of making their purchases easily and securely.  

The entire strategy was optimised in terms of SEO - to obtain organic and paid traffic - and social media planning to prepare the target for the reopening of the park and ensure that the visit would be safe.  

Through the collaboration of a network of partners and a strategy to amplify the park's online presence, it was possible not only to maintain Badoca but also to grow in challenging times.
