Founded in 1946, Christeyns is a multinational company based in Belgium that has become a benchmark in the hygiene industry, operating in more than 50 countries with solutions for industrial laundries, professional hygiene and the food industry.

Christeyns recognised the importance of digitalisation to optimise its processes and operations in an increasingly digital world. The company needed a digitalisation strategy that would meet the needs of all departments, improve customer relations, generate leads, improve the quality of information and optimise communication.

After a process of interviews with the company's various stakeholders, we collected the needs of each department and evaluated the existing management and communication processes to define new KPIs and design new flows supported by technological solutions.

Through this digitalisation strategy - a pilot project in the Portuguese market - Christeyns has been able to make its services more efficient, with less time and resources consumed by its teams and with easier processes so that employees can prioritise what matters: providing a service with maximum focus and quality for its customers, partners and suppliers.
