For more than 20 years, FNAC has been part of the daily lives of Portuguese consumers, not only for its cultural and technological offer of reference but also for its initiative in offering practical and relevant solutions for families.

the challenge
FNAC wanted to make the process of ordering school textbooks faster and more convenient with the Ministry of Education's MEGA vouchers. The aim was to maximise the security and agility advantages of an online solution.

In response to this challenge, we developed an online textbook ordering portal with MEGA vouchers through FNAC. With a simple and intuitive design, the ordering process has become quick and easy.

Parents just need to enter their voucher number or scan the QR code. In 4 simple steps, they can select the textbooks, choose the FNAC shop to pick them up from and provide their contact details.


The entire ordering process is traceable. When the manuals are ready for collection from the shop, the user is notified by SMS and e-mail, guaranteeing total transparency and convenience.

FNAC employees have access to a reserved area that allows them to manage all their shop's orders and carry out searches, making the customer service process more efficient.


The solution results in more efficient customer support and makes back-to-school preparations more convenient for parents.
