The FNAC Card loyalty programme was already a success among customers, but the brand needed to make the process of signing up more practical for its employees. The challenge was to digitise the loyalty process, making it efficient and fast.

Digitalisation has resulted in an internal portal for FNAC Cards, simplifying the customer loyalty process and enabling more efficient management by FNAC employees.



The FNAC Card is a successful programme that offers balance accumulation on purchases, exclusive discounts and other advantages.


With a simple and intuitive layout, the new platform allows 'Fnaticos' (FNAC employees) to have the process of signing up customers to the FNAC Card digitised.
Digitalisation covers both the FNAC membership card and the FNAC credit card, providing a complete solution for employees.

The loyalty programme, which was already advantageous for consumers, is now also a convenient solution for FNAC employees, simplifying the management of FNAC Cards and reinforcing the brand's commitment to responding to a business model more adapted to the digital economy and practicality.
